CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that unexpected circumstances may mean you have to cancel or rearrange a session. For this reason, we ask for cancellations to be made with as much notice as possible to make the time available to other customers. If you have to cancel or re-arrange your booking within 24 hours of your session for whatever reason, we may hold a 25% deposit for the booking. We hope you understand!

LATE POLICY

Your time is valuable, and so is ours. We recommend allowing 10-15 minutes of your session to get you set up and ready to record - especially if you want to set the studio up in any particular way before we start your podcast! If you arrive late we will still need to finish at the booked time as we cannot run into another customer's time. On occasions, we are able to extend the booking but the extra time will be invoiced for.
