We understand that unexpected circumstances may mean you have to cancel or rearrange a session. For this reason, we ask for cancellations to be made with as much notice as possible to make the time available to other customers.

 

Cancellations made with at least 3 days notice are refunded in full, otherwise we retain a 25% deposit. If you have to cancel within 24 hours, we retain a 50% deposit of your session (as we can no longer offer this time to someone else)
